At the time of purchase, we are happy to provide you with an insurance appraisal, free of charge. Items not purchased at Hub Jewelers can be appraised with fees starting at $75 per item, depending on the number of stones, number of items being appraised, and time involved. Appraisals are performed by our Certified Graduate Gemologist trained by the Gemological Institute of America (GIA).
We recommend bringing us your diamond jewelry for inspection every 6 months. Our staff will inspect the prongs to help prevent any possible damage or loss of your gemstones. This inspection service is performed while you wait and is always free of charge.
All items are eligible for our 120 day Layaway Program. We do require a 30% down payment to begin your layaway purchase. The payments thereafter may be made at your convenience in accordance to the terms. Alterations & adjustments such as ring sizing, will be made when the item has been paid in full. Expired layaways will receive an in store credit for monies received, good for one year from original layaway date.
We require a 40% non-refundable down payment to begin the work on custom designed jobs. Full payment upon receipt of the finished product will denote the client’s complete satisfaction. All custom designed jewelry is non-returnable.
Hub Jewelers offers store gift certificates available in any denomination. The gift certificates do not expire.
Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
Refunds and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase. All refunds and exchanges must accompany the merchandise, in new condition, and your original sales receipt.
No refunds or returns on diamond earrings. No refund or exchanges on special orders, custom designed items or layaways. An item cannot be returned or exchanged if it has already been sized or other alterations have been made to the merchandise. Restocking fees may apply if the item needs polishing.
